Amy and Tom’s love story is one for the ages, woven with years of friendship, a chance reconnection, and a deep, undeniable bond. Having known each other for over thirteen years, they reconnected on New Year’s Eve 2017/18 after seven years apart. They knew something special was about to unfold from the moment they saw each other again.

It took six months for them to go on their first date, but when they finally did, it was clear they were meant to be together. They spent the entire day together and, just three weeks later, moved in with each other! By November 2018, they were ready to take the next step and start a family. By January 2019, they were expecting their first child, sold Amy’s flat, and began searching for their perfect family home. They moved into their new home in July 2019, just as everything fell into place.

Tom proposed in September 2019, in the most heartfelt and intimate wayā€”right in Evie’s nursery on the very day she was due (though she decided to make them wait a little longer!).

Fast-forward to today. Amy and Tom are the proud parents of a beautiful little girl, and their love has only grown stronger. They chose the Decadent Brunch Package for their autumn elopement at the Castle Westenhanger, opting for a stylish and intimate celebration. They requested a classic, elegant, timeless theme with whites, eucalyptus with its blue-green, silvery or glossy green leaves, and soft green huesā€”perfectly reflecting their refined taste.

Their story is a testament to the power of love, patience, and finding joy in every moment. We are honoured to have been a part of their special day and to share their story finally.
